Preamble
Our skills development programmes are addressed solely on intra-business courses. That is to say, they’re for employees belonging to the same company.
Prerequisites
This training is aimed at anyone wishing to develop new skills in the trades of the sale. No diploma is required, though a minimum 2 year experience is desirable.
Goals
Modules to develop in-depth skills:
- Identifying the level of performance of your team
- Relying on each employee to make the group grow
- Graduating one’s managerial action
Programme
- Discovering your strengths and talents to develop performance in a team
- Taking stock of your current practices and those of your team
- Defining what is a team versus a group
- Using Belbin’s model to define 9 types of collaborators
Collaborating with teams that are Reflection-, Action- and/or Relation-oriented - Relying on the right profiles according to the situation and the project
- Getting people to work together by creating project groups and reflection workshops
- Understanding the team dynamics according to Tuckman: forming – storming – norming – performing
- Leading your team towards the 4 levels of performance in a gradual and controlled way
- Implementing the fundamentals of trust according to Brent Gleeson
Mobilised Methods
This training course takes place at the following pace: 4 classes of 1.30 each, done remotely.
The remote sessions include virtual classes, tests, intersessional work, coaching and video learning (optional).
Modality Assessment
This training includes a knowledge test before training. It allows to evaluate the starting level of learners. The assessment is measured by a score between 1 to 5.
At the end of the training, the participants inform the same questionnaire. A new score appears as well as a percentage of progression. Participants clearly measure the path traveled and define their action plan.
It is possible to access an optional individual debriefing.
