This training is aimed at anyone wishing to master the profession of telephony, multimedia or household appliance sales consultant. No diploma or specific experience is required to follow this course. No experience is required.
The CQP can be obtained from a continuing education course or as part of a validation of acquired experience (VAE).

This training is aimed at anyone wishing to deepen their current knowledge of sales trades. No diploma is required, though a minimum of 2 year experience is desirable.

Welcoming and guiding customers in shop
Sell products and services adapted to the needs of customers in telephony / household appliances / multimedia
Advising customers technically on the products (telephony / household appliances / multimedia) and services offered by the company
Ensuring the good condition of the department or shop
Handle customer returns and complaints
Participate in the sales dynamic
Monitor stock levels- Conducting product inventories
Depending on their experience, everyone can prepare for the CQP at their own pace and have their know-how recognised.

Modality Assessment
